For those JERRY BYRD fans that take pride in being able to identify one guitar from another....here's an opportunity for you to hear the great sounds of a TROTMORE steel guitar......played by the MASTER.

The tune is "SLENDER, TENDER & SWEET"......by Eddie Hill. There is some really great single string playing by JERRY BYRD on this cut that I'm sure you'll enjoy. It sounds very much like an old Bakelite Rickenbacher. Why not check it out and see what you think, okay?

OK. Great site, but on the Home page how can I turn the automatic audio off so that I can hear the video without the other track playing in the background?

Rob, I've never gotten any automatic music off this site (I can't stand that annoyance) and none has played after half an hour of me being on it this morning. You must have turned something on mistakenly.

How odd. I just went back there and everything is OK. Don't know what happened that first time. I had about six sound files all playing at once...

And that's about the only way Jerry could sound bad. Enjoy!
