I am looking to add a half-stop to my 2nd string on my late 70s MSA Classic. Does anyone know where I can purchase the parts and/or a kit to make this happen?

Thanks

Ian

Ian,
If I remember correctly, the 2nd string 1/2 stop on my MSA did not use a mechanical linkage. Similar to the Carter and others the 9th string is adjusted to start lowering when the 2nd string reached the E note..

My Derby has a linkage that I expect would work on any steel that is similar to the Emmons and others.
