This is the Bob Wills tune done more in the Ray Price tempo with the same drum jumps. First verse is E9th and last is C6. Outro is lead on guitar and harmony on steel. Guitar is a Fender tele HH with selector switch on single coils.

Lateley this song gets played a lot at breakneck speed and that's ok too. Thanks for the nice comments and hopefully someone can put the rhythm track to good use.
