"Moon Over Manakoora": by Los Indios Tabajaras

You may have listened on this forum to a guitar/steel guitar rendition of "Maria Elena" inspired by Los Indios Tabajaras a few weeks ago.

You may be interested to know that Los Indios also recorded a Hapa Haole LP album called "Sound of the Islands" around 1969 which I happen to possess.

Here is the Frank Loesser/Alfred Newman composition, "Moon Over Manakoora" sung by Dorothy Lamour and many others. This is the Los Indios version, one of the tracks on the LP. This is a Youtube entry with some beautiful still images sent by friend Andrea of Italy.
