Spring clips for pull rods

Where can I find retainer clips for pull rods on my "Bud". These look like the clips used on old carburater linkage. Auto parts don't have any this size. I've seen some used that look like coil springs. Any help will be appreciated.

Try Bill Rudolph at Williams Guitars. They use a type of spring clip.

Wayne, I have found that an A-u-ve-co #3784 linkage rod clip will work. I just cut one side off, and it will work fine. I had an Auto Supply store order them for me. They come in a box of 100.
