Session 400 Limited Upgrades

Are there any more improvements that can be made to the 400 Limited other than the Peavey recommended list of parts? As long as the board is coming out, can more of the smaller stock caps be replaced with film caps of same uf values, but a little higher voltages? And, a little larger filter caps?
