Yup, all you local steelers come on out and listen to John play his brand spankin' new D-12 Mullen which I'm gettin to hear for the very first time. Tonight (May 14th) at the American Legion 5309 So Sepulveda Blvd, next to Centinela Pet & Feed, Free parking in rear, no cover charge. It should be a "Wing Ding" of an evening.

Yers Truly,

Just a question as I'd like to come hear you guys. At the American Legion Hall in Anaheim, you have to be a member or a member's guest to gain admittance. Are these gigs always open to anyone at the Culver City American Legion Hall?

If anyone says anything tell them that you are a guest of "Bronco Billy" and you or anyone else will be fine..if you come by, pls say hi to me..Drinks are reeeal cheep here usually about $2.25 and parking is free in the back parking lot. I had a great time sitting in with Billy Woo last night, thanks for having me, Mr. Woo, really good band, and I had no idea Billy was such a great lead singer and lead guitarist. I enjoyed the whole band, especially his lovely wife Becky, she's a wonderful singer, plays tasty keyboard, and is sweet as can be.

Thanks to steelers Greg Vincent, Jim Ives and Stan Townsend who came down to check out the scene. Everyone seems to like my new (well, 1991; new to ME) Mullen D-12, I wasn't kidding about the great tone, guys, was I? It sounded great in that little room, just guitar and amp.

Billy's back there next Friday, hope more of you make it out, it's a cool little gig, nice folks there.

John the new steel sounds great!

Folks this was probably the only location in Southern California last Friday night where TWIN steels could be heard. Twin Webbs, too!

Bravo, Billy & John!

Aw Shucks guys, I'm speechless..
Thanks to "Mr. Twang" for making us sound better than we are and thanks to my steel playing brothers for coming out, yup one more gig next Friday, May 21st and I'm finding out that we will be back in June (not officially confirmed) John, what a great time I had and Man you're "Tone" was to die for..that Mullen of yers (Jeff) truly sounded beautiful.
