I busted my tail on this, but I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out. I hope to build enough of a library of stuff that I can separate the items by tuning.

I like it. My wish... Separate by skill level in addition to tuning. I'd love to see C6 beginner. c6 intermediate, etc. Thanks Mike!

Whoa. "The Moonlighters" Thats YOU! I got this CD a few years ago and never made the connection. I heard this On CD baby and bought it and the others. Its fantastic and your steel playing - well just supurb!
Sorry I must be slow! The only problem is it makes me wonder how and if I can come close to this level!!

Just a note, which you probably already have discovered. The hover color in your CSS for the menu is the same as the background color, and therefore invisible! (At least this is what I'm seeing in the latest FireFox.)

Robert, I have thought about your suggestion with regard to skill level, but most, if not all, of my material is intermediate to advanced. I would say there are several that a confident beginner (maybe with extensive musical background) could tackle, though.

Hi Mike, I really like the way you laid out everything on your site. Easy to navigate and the search feature works great. BTW, I used Google Chrome and didn't encounter any problems. Good luck with your latest endeavor.

I think that people on any skill level could learn plenty from this material, but I do think you would need to be pretty sharp to be able to play any of these songs as they were originally recorded.

I think of your instructional material as being like a road map spelling out the details of these songs, which is priceless: if you don't know where you are going how do ever expect to get there?

Specifically, the grips, the slants and the scales presented are invaluable as they are all based on some of the real classics of steel guitar, and not just some exercises based on dry theory.

Thanks for checking it out. I'm always open to ideas/suggestions. The only bug right now is that I can't quite get the shopping cart to function, so everything has to be done individually.
