I just got some exciting news that a known and Notable Hollywood film director accepted some of my songs for his film entitled "Super Shark Attack" Initially he asked for some 'Surf themed' songs and on some of the tunes I used my Zumsteel for extra effect and it paid off, he was pretty upbeat about picking up the tunes..so am I for that matter as it's been a while since I've gotten anything placed, even though it's for source ques and end credits, it still translates into Royalties also kudos to my wife, Becky for singing quite well on one of the tunes "Our Love is like the Sea". ;-)
Cheers,
Billy Woo

Thanks Matthew, I had a friend who also was a Hollywood director (in the 90's) and he introduced me to this other guy who has been around but I got lucky this time around, it's also ironic as one of the songs I wrote called "Steve's Song" was dedicated to Steve Bishop who originally an excellent guitarist and later steel guitarist who lived in Nashville, just passed away from Cancer and many of my Washington DC musician brothers got together and mourned his recent passing, I used a C6th technique on this tune which made the song to me sound unique and the director also commented that he liked that tune as well, I dont know if he will use it but it's possible anyway : Thanks for the compliment. :D
