New Song @ The Jerry Byrd Fan Club

"Sweet Corn" a delightful instrumental is now playing on the home page at the jerrybryd-fanclub.com. Do any of you know what tuning that's being used. Let me know if you do.
60's & 70's country rock is my favorite, Martin & Taylor acoustic, Fender & Washburn electric, Rickenbacher BD 8 lap steel, violin.

Paul, here is a link to find the tablature for Sweet Corn played on the C6 non-pedal steel. It would be easy to make a rhythm track to the song using Band In A Box. http://steelguitarforum.com/Forum8/HTML/002608.html

Love it! I especially like the twin steels/ harmonies. Sounds like Jerry must have double tracked his guitar. Thanks for posting this.

Not only double tracked but tuned up a semitone (Half Step)
A lot of his later material with the major third and sixth harmony harmonics were also overdubbed.

On some of the Marty Robins Hawaiian Recordings you can actually hear the harmonics separated in stereo pan positions.
