John, there are back stop screws in the pedal crossbars. Use your 7/64 Allen wrench and turn them in a bit. If you go too far your open tuning will be affected. I like a little slop in mine so if I touch the pedal the string doesn't change. Your left moving Knee levers also have a back stop. Again, I leave a little slop in mine. The right moving Knees are not adjustable. It has to done by changing the activator rod holes.
With the exception of the 9th string drop, I try to have all my pulls start at the same time. Play around with the Bell Crank holes if you have to.
