Another song recorded on a Zoom R24 and mastered in Reaper. 20 tracks with 14 compressors! Next time I'll try busses/folders but the compressors were used very sparingly along with volume envelopes to bring the average level of the lead instruments and bass up and remove the peaks without destroying the base tone of the instruments.
The C6th verse makes good use of the top D to D# and the high C to C# (to recover the lost high G note)knee lever changes. Both of these changes make the C6th tuning more melodic and a bit closer to the E9th tuning for playing flowing melodies without a lot of bar movement.
