Hi Lefty, thanks for posting the notice. I wish I could say that Gail and I will be there, but with Gail's cancer and her current treatment regimen, it does not seem likely at this point that we will be able to make it. Our best to everyone there, as this is one of the best shows put on, with some great talent, and with Joe and Terry, and Scotty there, it will surely draw people to it.
Hopefully, the weather will be with you, and that everyone makes it ok, and has a great time. Give my best to Joe, and Terry and Scotty, and hope to see you all at a future show.
For the rest of you who have not gotten to this show, and are in the area, or will be in the area, please take advantage of this opportunity. You will have a great time, and the Electric Park Ballroom is a great venue.
Best to all,
Dennis and Gail

Just wanted to wish everyone the best at the Iowa convention. I would like to be there. I lived in Creston, Iowa for 34 years before moving to Arkansas but never made it to the convention. I belong to the northeast Oklahoma Steel Guitar Assoc. in Siloam Springs, Ark. Our convention is April 24-25. I am playing shows in Arkansas and Texas for the next month so won't get to come to your convention. Good luck..Vance Monday

Lefty,
Looking forward to playing at the JAM. Pat and I had such a great time when we were there last time, we appreciate being asked to come back. Everybody there was so nice, it will be a pleasure to play again.
I am also looking forward to the seminar on Friday before the Jam. It will cover everything from fixing your guitar to speed pickin', and everything in between.
By the way we are starting the Bethel Steel Guitar Co. back up. We will have more info at the Jam.
See everybody there.

Greetings Terry,
We're looking forward to having you and Pat with us in Waterloo for our Feb. 28-29 show and seminar. I know your playing was well received at our show a couple of years ago because people were commenting about it months later! It will be good to see you again. ...lefty

Lefty, I have my room reserved as well! I hope that Joe plays "How Great Thou Art" again! He did a fabulous job on that last time. Eddie, It's good to hear you'll be there too! I was the one that stopped by the bar in Nashville where you were playing and said "Hey" around the first part of November. You were sounding great as usual!

Craig, yup--we're very happy Scotty will be with us again playing his fry pan exhibiting that wonderful touch and warm tone for which he's so widely noted. He is always one of the high points of the show.

Lefty, The web site mentions the cost of the seminar and the hotel but I don't see any mention of an entrance fee for the show.

This event is really growing. It just gets better each year. It has come a long ways since the first one in Dale T's basement.
