Select "Nearness of You" in the player.
Lots of yummy steel!
Haven't done the research to confirm who the steel player is.
Carolyn used to sing with the Time Jumpers.

Edited to confirm that the steeler is Johnny Cox.

Doug Jernigan is on one of the videos on the site, could be Doug playing on the recordings. I created a Time Jumpers facebook page, and there are many videos ot the Jumpers which feature John Hughey and Paul Franklin. I also created a Buddy Emmons page and there are many videos on that site. Sort of a one stop shop for finding all the Emmons videos on the web

Hey ole Blu, good listening for sure.
If I had to pick out of the three players mentioned above, I'd have to go with Doug simply based on playing style. But I'm not convinced it's Doug either.

Tommy it sure was good to get to visit with you a spell a while back, keep in touch.

Doug J played on the 'Cookin with Carolyn' project. Multi-instrumentalist Rory Hoffman also participated in that same project. Good stuff by all involved.
