Holy Grail nano failure

My Grail Nano reverb has quit after about a year. Nothing comes through at all with the unit in the circuit.
Anyone had this problem/how's dealing with Electro Harmonics--will they repair/replace it?

I had a new Memory Man with a terrible hum and they replaced it promptly.
