Hey Sonny, I was wondering that myself. While searching for some other material on the internet, I found some sites that revealed something about Zane that I did not know. In addition to having supersonic speed on the steel, Zane is also an accomplished guitarist-singer-songwriter and I believe, owns his own studio and music site.
I also heard him play a tune or two at "regular" speed and he was astounding and I hope to catch him in concert sometime.
Don't you just hate those multi-talented guys? Very Happy

Hey Sonny,

Oh, I'm still with yuns! Honestly, I just returned day before yesterday from about a 30 day trip all together. I've got some new videos going and I'll be posting some of those soon. I'm going to start a You Tube series where I systematically take someone from a beginner level with regard to my tuning approach. It will be very basic. I still have much study I want to complete before launching a teaching / DVD series. I do appreciate those who believe there is merit in my tuning approach. I want to help those who are following me as much as possible. Look for some of those fairly soon. I believe I'll be starting a new You Tube channel. One for the instruction material and the other for my musical presentations.

Wally, thanks for your compliments. I'm very blessed to have had some success as a songwriter and playing piano is one of the most therapeutic things I do. Playing steel guitar is physically demanding. It's hard to do! Sad

Gentlemen, I also am making progress on some other endeavors. I've stated in another thread that I'm working on a fretted steel/guitar type instrument. Making some progress on this. It's very interesting indeed! Can't wait to present it on video...but I'm a long ways out yet. Additionally, I'm writing new music and doing a session later this month for a new instrumental project. So I'm busy busy!!

Stay tuned,
Zane
