My tuner went on the blink after 3 years. I sent it back to have it repaired. Long after the warranty had expired. After a couple weeks, I received an email from 'Sue' saying they had repaired it "free of charge". I put it through the paces and it is as new.

Thanks to:Sue Haslam, John Norris and

You just can't beat their customer service or their tuners! I while back I was changing the battery in my strobostomp 2 which had been in there since I bought it 2 years ago any way the tuner slipped from my hand which left me holding onto the battery clip leaving the tuner to dangle from the battery clip and one of the wires pulled lose naturally from the battery connector. I know I could have soldered it here at home but if a drop of solder had dropped on some important part I would have been sick. So I took it to the namm show here in town and gave it to John Norris and in less than a week it was home all ready to go it looked like they even waxed it up and blew some of the dust out of the chassis Smile All free of charge!! The guys at Peterson are the best any where!
