I'll be in town for a few days. Anyone playing in the area, or any live music recommendations?

Thanks Thomas. Would be great to run into some steel players. I'm interested in non-country music venues as well if anyone has any tips.

Bob, get ahold of Al Udeen. He lives in Plymouth and is a real good player and might know of others. He is a forum member.

I will be at Lee's Liquor Lounge on Monday Oct. 2 (and every Monday until further notice). www.leesliquorlounge.com
The band runs the gamut from classic country to pop hits from the 60's and 70's.
Come down...you'll be entertained.

If you are in town on the 1st of October, a Friday night, go to Lees Liquor Lounge to hear the band Trailer Trash. Great mix of music and Randy Broughton on steel. Cover charge of $6.00, but worth every penny. They start about 9:15 or so.

Joe Savage is there on Mondays, the 4th of October, also a great band to listen to. No Cover charge for the Monday show.

I'll be there on Friday, usually sitting on the right side of the band stand, watching Randy play.

Grey hair and beard.

Hope to meet you there.

Dennis
