Does anyone know where you can get BIAB files for certain musicians....trying to locate files for just the Everly Brothers....or Gene Watson...but not all the extra they throw in....

Hi Donald,

I haven't seen BIAB files organized by artist, but if you put a listing of titles that you're looking for, they can probably be found that way. I can build custom BIAB files for just about anything, but for a long list of titles, that could get expensive.

It's easier and cheaper to build the song files yourself and then you can refine them to suit your taste. It's been my experience that many BIAB song files that you purchase are very basic and require some tweaking to make them sound professional.

What Robert says is true. To have numerous files custom made could get expensive. Robert is a good BIAB guy and he won't crank out something unless he takes the time to make it sound good. Time is money.

A quick google search on "everly brothers midi files"
gave several sites. Here is the first one.

http://pop.mididb.com/everlybrothers/

You can "import" the MIDI file into BIAB and just turn off what you don't want. Or if you have other MIDI utilities/programs you can "tweek" the file to your liking. . . . .. just a thought.

Good Luck, Bo

One good site is http://www.freemidi.org (which also has other midi links). I found lots of free midi's of George Jones, Buck Owens, Patsy Cline, etc.
