by Jimmie Webb
Jim Webb has sent 2 614-E amps to go on stage for the Bob Micheal Steel Guitar show in Norwalk, CT November 8th and 9th. The amps were sent to Jeff Demaio and he will place them on stage for players that wish to play Webb same as last year. I would like to be there to hear them and their players but cant make it as I have to be here to keep making amps for our customers as we started another run this fall.

Mr. Webb has graciously donated his amps for use again this year, as he has for many of the PSGA shows over the years.
I would always bring my own amp whenever I would play the PSGA show.
But last year, after the show I had to ship back a 614E to Mr. Webb, he told me to keep it for a couple of weeks and try it.
Well, I never could send it back to him - I fell in love with the tone.
Thanks again Mr. Webb, and with any luck we won't be sending the amps back to you - we'll sell em.

Jeff,
I would believe you won't be sending the Webbs back. I never leave home without mine.
A Webb amplifier truly is a sonic powerhouse.

Webb is the amp!! Last night Johnny Cox was over and playing through my Webb amp ... he kept saying, "I've got to find one of those amps!" I love the Webb amp and have played them since '79...can you believe I paid $350 for it back in '79!!!
Thanks again Mr. Webb!

Once you go Webb, you never go back. They are the best. So are you Mr. Webb.

Quality speaks for itself. When you hear it, you know it. I don't own a Webb amp, but I've played through Webb amps many times and find their sound reproduction to be far superior to many other products. The PSGA truly appreciates Jimmy Webb's participation at our annual events. He is the only amp manufacturer who has ever bothered to support our efforts promoting the steel guitar in the past 30 years. BTW the Webb amps are returned to Mr. Webb after the show (unless they are sold)...no freebies.

Hello, If someone wanted to buy one of these to take home after the show, what would the cost be? Thanks, Larry Jamieson. I'll be at the show and I'll check out these amps.

Looks like Tommy was right, both Webb amps sold after the show this weekend.
Not much more has to be said for proof of the great Webb sound.
Thanks again Mr. Webb for your support of the PSGA over the years.
