Cumquat Records Site Down

Anyone know anything about this? I have heard that they will be re-doing the site and offering direct downloads. I have also heard rumors that they are closing up shop. Any news?
Cumquat : About 8 weeks ago I ordered some Dick McIntire discs, paid on the net (without contacting Cumquat first) and received my discs in about 2 weeks time, posted Australia to UK, timely and well packaged.
They all play, ref to an earlier post where the poster had had problems with discs received from Cumquat.
Would be sorry if Cumquat catalogue should cease to be available for any reason, plenty more I would like to buy given time.
