Triple-Raise Insert Picture?

I received a request for a picture of a page out of one of my old Cassette Club Newsletters. That page showed how a triple-raise insert was positioned in the changer of an MSA guitar. I know a Forum member scanned that page and posted it, but I can't find it using the Search feature available. If someone can locate that past post and list it here, I can then direct my inquirer to that picture. Thanks, ...Tom
