Sadly I have to report that Glyn passed away In Nova Scotia Canada on September 4, 2010 aged 70
I've been trying to get a hold of Glyn to make arrangements to take him to our next Steel Jam Sept 26. I was talking to Bob Mcdonald(Forum member) on Sunday who informed me that Glyn's steel guitar equipment was up for sale and there was a unconfirmed rumour that he passed away. When I tried his phone number it wasn't working so I called Vern Bates(local steel club member) to see if I had the correct phone number and correct spelling of his name. After a few more web searches I found this web site.

In Nova Scotia Canada on September 4, 2010 aged 70 years. Much loved husband of Christina, brother to Barbara, Dorothy and Rita. Glyn was also an uncle, a great-uncle and a great-great-uncle who will be remembered for his love of fast cars and his wicked sense of humor.

Sadly missed but never forgotten.
