Recommended Tuning

Been gigging lately with the western Maryland based "The Tonehounds" a rockabilly, swing, jump blues band. Tried the first gig on pedal steel, second gig on a Fender Custom. We've come to the conclusion that the Custom will be the way to go. Also playing G tuned 6 string lapsteel with this group.

I'm looking for a third tuning for the back neck. The Custom is currently tuned E6/13 (aka the Helms), Low C6 and B11. To be fair, I just picked B11 out of the blue and really have not had an opportunity to really learn the tuning.

Any suggestions for a tuning more appropriate than the B11..maybe a dominate 7 something?

As an aside..We're going to be digging through the Bryant/West catalog for an instrumental or 2.
