I have a slide show from our pictures, which I don't have with me. The slide show was done with Roxio, & the disc was finalized. When I play the slide show & see the picture I want, I can click pause, & stop that picture. Is there a way that I can then capture that picture & put it into a folder on my desk top. Right clicking didn't give me any options..

When a picture you like comes onto the screen in the slide show, hit the print screen button on your keyboard--it's above and to the right of backspace.

That puts the image on your "clipboard".

Then open up your favorite image editor--Paint, Photoshop, Irfanview, whatever you normally use.

Open a "new" file in that image editor---it should be just a blank white space.

Then do a "paste" from the edit menu of that program. Or "control V" should work also.

That will paste the contents of the clipboard (your printscreened item) into that new file.

Crop it as necessary and then save it wherever you want.

Pic quality should be pretty good.

That's one way to do it.

I don't know anything about Roxio and not much about slide shows, but I'd think there also might be a way to drill into your slide show disc and grab each picture directly and open them one at a time, without a slide show. Maybe not?
