Can Someone Identify It

Post by Ray Thomas »

I recently purchased some steel guitar items and this was included. its about three and one half inches tall and one and one half inches wide, has a 12 foot cord, the plug is the second picture, it came from a person (now deceased) who used a session 500 amp. Can someone tell me what I'v got and does it have any value.

Remote unit that came with Session 500 amps to control those effects. You can see a pdf manual for this amp and controls at www.peavey.com select support, archived manuals.

Defer to someone else on the value. Probably desirable to someone who owns a 500.

There was someone looking for one of these recently. If you don't want or need it, put it in the for sale section. I don't have a clue as to what to price it, but probably not too much.

Normally, these would probably sell for %50-$75. As some foot-switches and remote boxes are often unique in their wiring and design, they will always be sought-after items!

Often, I have heard of people selling these items (that came with the amp) separately, thereby making a higher profit. :whoa:
