This year we are planning a membership drive and jam for members only ----- (4th annual Jam or Show in Albq area.
Plans have been made for a picnic and jam for our members and their spouses at the Mike Castleberry resi-dence, 10 Vallecitos Loop, Tijeras, New Mexico, 87059, Saturday, August 7th, 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.. Many of our members have already expressed an interest in attending. This will be a great chance to escape the desert heat for many of us. Mike sponsors this event annually, and we always have a great time! So mark your calendars and plan to be there. Bring your guitar if you like, or just come by and enjoy the music and food! Members and spouses only please.
Email Mike with any questions at johnmcastleberry@yahoo.com.
You can get a 1/2 year membership at the jam for $12.50 (half price. The annual dues from January to January is $25. Hope to see you there ---
Do not forget the January Show in Phoenix - at the Grace Inn - January 20, 21 & 22, 2011

My band will be playing at the Caravan on Central Av in Albuquerque Friday the 6th and 7th of August. Friday its just us "Rolling Thunder". and Saturday we alternate sets with a Spanish band. Patrick Pearson will be singing. Y'all know him as he comes with me to the Phoenix show in January to play and sing on my set. So c'mon down if you can. I am not sure if I will make Mike's jam as i will be playing that night and an old guy like me gets tired. LOL But I will try. Look forward to seeing the bunch from Arizona.
