Does anybody know if Fender ever made a single channel version of the twin reverb amp?

The actual Twin Reverb? No they didn't. Other versions of the Twin (evil, pro tube etc.) were single input amps but all had channel switching of some sort so by default where at a minimum 2 channel amps even though you could access only one at a time.
