I ordered some parts from them a week ago.
I got a call from Lashley telling me all the prices have gone up and that I owed them the extra and because I wanted the black anodized hex rod ends instead of the regular aluminum it would be a dollar more.
There is no mention of this on the web site.
I called them again today.
It took today's call for them to say my order was being mailed today and that I would have a bill and send them a check for what I owed.
I told them they should update their web site so the price would reflect the increases.
By right if they show a price on their web site that is the price I should have paid.
The way I see their business being run I don't believe they will be around much longer with so many new steel builders on the market today building exceptional steels.
A word to Emmons "Get your house in order".
You won't survive on your name alone in today's market.
I had better keep my Emmons in good shape because parts will be at a premium in the future.

I was at the Vintage Steel Guitar Show at his store last Saturday and they are hinging on the wall.
George L sells lots of LARGE orders - sometimes in their defence they get covered up and it simply takes a few days.
By the way Jim's are George L also.

I bought two five foot sections of the stock from American plastic and make my own. It was like $11 plus shipping and is real good stuff. Just cut it with some type scroll saw and drill whateversize hole you want and they'll thread themselves. _________________ Henry Matthews

I found the best way to cut the hex nuts is by using the plastic pipe cutters they use for irrigation piping. Mike Weenick gave me that idea.
Makes a nice clean cut also.
