As of Wed. nite I will have 2 weeks to play at Cowboys Red River. I have enjoyed playing with James Hinds and all the GREAT band..but it is time for me to step down. After its over, I hope to free lance so please remember
me if you need a steel player in the Dallas-Ft Worth area. Thanks, Junior. |

Hey Brother, glad to see you've made the decision to do what you want to do musically. Maybe we can find a "duo" job, steel and piano and all the rest of what we do. Now wouldn't that be something. Think we should start looking for a bus so we can take Saran and Barbara??
Whoa !!! maybe we should leave that alone, someone in these two families has to make a living.
Later my friend,

RED RIVER will never be the same now. Might as well close up. Anyone that could even come close to takin' Jr's place is already loaded with jobs------that is except me ha ha ha.
I count you as a very personal friend Jr. and want nothing but the best for you. I know what you are intending to do and I know you will do good at it.

Junior, You'll do fine at what ever you decide to do. All it takes is a positive attitude and you surely have that. And beside that you are a great musician and one of the good guys. CAN I GET DOWN NOW!!! |
