Jerry...I'm impressed, that's a real western-swing hat, and not one of those disco line-dance hats. I'm sure that Hank was proud of your presentation!

Jerry: I am surprized how much Hank's posture and guitar position remind me of the time I was standing next to Bob White watching him play. Out comes Hank and picks up that guitar and my jaw dropped !! I thought I was seeing and hearing things and that Merle Travis had come on stage. Bob backed off and leaned down towards me; he was on stage and I was off stage and he was a lot taller than me; and asked me: Haven't you ever seen Hank play ?? I replied: NO !! He said I'll tell me about it on the break and I went back to my steel guitar learning.

Regards, Paul

Cool, Jerry - I just had to wear a cowboy hat (for the first time in my life) while I was playing steel in a theater production. I've often wonder why it is that steel players are often (not to generalize) the last ones to don the cowboy hat - most I've seen prefer no "headgear" at all...? Can you guys comment on this - am I dreaming?

Looks normal to me Jerry. Our whole band wears them all the time. Looks like the real deal.

Jerry, If you don't like the hat you can always smoke it on the way home.
