Your Cheatin' Heart by Kitty Wells

Who's the steel guitar player on Kitty Wells's version of the Hank Williams song Your Cheating Heart (recorded in 1954, I think) and used in the first Blues Brothers movies when the band goes in the country bar to play as The Good Ole Boys? This is a real classic and the steel player really does a great job. I wonder though if he used pedals or not at this moment.
