Does anyone have experience with the gigbag Goldtone offers for their lapsteel LS-6 and LS-8 models? How much padding this gigbag has,how protective? Thanks for your input!

It's okay for what it is. The GoldTone hard shell case for their lap steels is much better. The images below are from Steel Guitar Canada:

Thanks,Brad.I actually have a hardcase like that but unfortunately it was broken as new (insides glued together badly) so I was thinking trading it to gigbag.But if the gigbag isn't any better than they usually are (more or less worthless) I guess I have to settle with this hardcase and try to get some refund Confused

I'd at least have the company swap cases. They are usually great cases, I've sold them before and never saw a bad one. Of course it happens, but I think if someone went and picked you out a good one to trade you'd be better off; they really are pretty decent cases.
