Phase Shifter via Peavey ProFex II ??

Prior to 'effects racks' and back in the days when The Big E used stomp pedals in his 'briefcase' full of stomp pedals, I'm pretty sure he used a Small Stone EH4800 Phase Shifter. Such a sound !

Has anyone developed settings for their ProFex II that duplicate the Small Stone effect?
