Fine job by legend Jim Ed Brown on The Marty Stuart Show. Paul Martin and Harry Stinson sounded most excellent (with there on key harmony singing) backing Mr. Brown on The Three Bells. Gary Carter most excellent on his Zum steel. A breath of fresh air every week for real country music fans. Bravo, bravo, bravo!

My Mom used to date Jim Ed in the 50's, she says a some of the songs are about her. Southern Arkansas must have been an interesting place back then. Thanks for the Links!

That was a fun show. Getting to play "Pop'A'Top" with JIm Ed was quite a thrill. That original track still kills me. I can hear that playing on my mom's radio when I was a kid. Sure never thought I would be singing the "Three Bells" with him either.

Paul, your harmonies are outstanding, as is your bass playing. I have become a Jim Ed fan late in life here. I think the man is the epitome of class and he has the spirit in his soul when he sings and entertains. He is a legend. Great job.
