Cal, interesting blog. Written in an entertaining sort of way. It's a great little educational thing for beginners and experienced alike.
I bookmarked it.

Thanks, Bent. I'm having fun with it, especially the technical aspects of using WordPress, but I'm waiting for attacks from Russian bots, :whoa: which is what happened when I started a little forum.

Cal, do you mean that forum you had up and running for a short while? (Steel guitar madness was it?)
How and why do Russian bots attack forums like that? I wonder, what benefit do they derive from it? Would be cool to get inside their heads and be able to shut them down for good.

Yep, that PHP forum I had. From Russia and other places. They infect millions of computers with viruses, turning the PCs around the world into criminal assistants known as bots. They use those PCs to send out billions of spam e-mails and make millions of dollars by attacking web sites and extorting their owners.
