This Saturday night is the annual Jamboree Reunion Show with some of the "Old Timers" from the Jamboree back in the 50's 60's & 70's. They've asked me to play steel with the staff band that night. I don't know if that means I'm considered an "Old Timer" or what. I've also heard that there might be a strange "Smiley" face around there that night, too.

Hmmm have to see if I can talk the wife in to getting out this weekend. Also seems to be an off week for my band as well.

Yes Dave, I'm planning on going to the Hummingbird Jam Sunday. Sorry you can't make it. We are going across the street after the show to the Wheeling Eagles and play from 10 'till 2 also.
See ya Sunday.

Hey mike,
I saw that. I talked to Sally last week. Get me a back stage pass and I'll guard your picks for you. If you can stop by this week I'll let you keep track of mine for me. I think I could even get you in.

I just wanna say that I had a GREAT time in my ol' "hometown" of Wheeling. It was WONDERFUL,being able to play the "Jamboree USA" show again, but especially great being able to back up my old "boss",Jimmy Stephens.
And thanx Jim Thompson for lettin' me use your equip. on stage,& for givin' me that new program in my ProFex.

Smiley, It was my pleasure to share the stage with you, both, at the Jamboree and at the Eagles. It was a real treat to get to jam with you. Everybody is still talking about what a great time it was. Maybe in June at Columbus we'll get to have some more time to get together.
