Al played extensively with Chris, for sure. Also, many of the later Hillman/Pederson recordings (post Desert Rose Band) featured JD Maness on Pedal Steel.
I just played with (Dobro/Steel) with Hillman / Pederson in Peoria, IL last weekend. Felt pretty great playing Dobro standing next to Chris on stage... Great guys!
