Hello;
Is there any way to date ( tell when the pickup was made ) Smile an Emmons single coil pickup?
Did they stay the same resisitance for several years & then gradually go up?
Any ideas or anyone know for sure?
Thanks for your time.. Ron

I have one that came of a very old fatback with a decal, old style tone knob and red cardboard case (no idea what year) that's solid black (that is, it doesn't have the black, white, black laminate on the top). It's wound to 15.5K
