I've seen some YouTube videos of different versions of this - it seems like it might not be too tough for a beginner/intermediate player like myself to pull this off. It would certainly be a good exercise.

Anyone have a tab for a simple version?

Sorry, no tab, but I learnt this recently from Peter Nyland 'steelyfin' on Youtube. Give it a try. I've been playing a couple of years and it seemed reasonably easy to follow from the camera shot.
