For those of y'all out there using the Peavey 400, do you use the reverb on the amp or an outside pedal or effects for delay/reverb? Thanks

Hi Michael. I like the spring reverb on my NV 400. Been using it for 30 + years. I prefer it over a digital pedal.

I do use an Ibanez analog delay pedal also with this amp.

On my session 400, I use "light" reverb along with a delay.

I did use the reverb for a few years, then someone gave me an old DD3 pedal to play with. It not only gave me a better tone, but got rid of an annoying hum as well. All together happy with this set up as long as my son loads the amp in the truck for me.

I have a 400 that lost its reverb somehow. I chaged the tan but no fix. I think I will go to an RV5 patched in.

I have 3 Nashville 400's and one had problems with the reverb . I unplugged the connector turned the reverb setting to zero and use the tubefex for reverb . No complaints.
