I recently downloaded the album "Texas Saturday Night" from iTunes, and let me tell you, this is one of the best albums out there! I can't stop listening to it! I am not sure who played steel on it, because thru iTunes you don't get the credits. I was thinking it was Jim Loessberg. Their version of "Swinging Doors" is awesome! The intro is probably the sweetest intros I have ever heard! Grabs me everytime! Well...just thought I would share!

Speaking of Johnny Bush, he was headlining at the SWSGA show in Phoenix, Saturday night. Jim Loessberg (steel) Paul Polish (drums) Chuck Back (lead guitar) Roy Rosetta (piano). Great, great line-up!
Now, here's the kicker, Russ Hicks was scheduled to play bass (of all things), but he was a little late, so the emcee, Joe Naylor had me sit in for him on the first song. My feet still haven't touched the ground. After the number, Russ graciously thanked me and took over the bass. That line up would intimidate anybody, but you know, those guys made me feel so welcome, like I belonged there or something. What an honor to play on the same stage with these great musicians.
Thank you, Russ Hicks, thank you, Joe Naylor. Roy Rosetta, thank you for your tolerance, you're one of my heros. And of course, thank you Johnny Bush. What a great show. You can bet this one's going on my resume' (lol) _________________ Clinesmith consoles D-8/6 5 pedal, D-8 3 pedal & A25 Frypan, Pettingill Teardrop, & P8 Deluxe. |

Thank you, Justin. Nice of you to say. It was a hoot. The band may have been rollin' their eyes, but if they were, they didn't let me see 'em _________________ Clinesmith consoles D-8/6 5 pedal, D-8 3 pedal & A25 Frypan, Pettingill Teardrop, & P8 Deluxe. |

Believe me Rick, the band did not roll it's eyes. You were a great addition to the band and we thank you for helping us out. Thanks for the wonderful compliment and I look forward to the next time we can work on the same stage together.
Best Wishes,
