I have replaced (temporarily I hope) the Hot Club of America 24/7 show with some other material.
Moose Muse Live365 Net Radio

The show includes some tunes I played on for other folks, some arrangements of my own, and some classic tunes I didn't play on but just like.

The show is short, but I hope to expand it soon

Let me know how you like it, if you do.

If you don't like it, just keep it to yerself would ya?

Dave
I'm on Universal's back. They DONT own the rights to the HCOA.They are asking for proof
of death certificates for Johnny,Augie, and
George. The know they dont own the rights but they are fighting me tooth and nail. My granddaughter has no tooth, but I have the nail,a LONG ONE

They have no intention of re-issueing the LP in CD format and they refuse to give me the rights..

My attorney "Former attorney for Don and Leo"
is working on it.He's a good lawyer,he's a son
of Randalls and Leos attorney. Most lawyers are "sons of something"

Wait till they find out I died a few years ago. and Im buried in a tweed box,FENDER OF COURSE" Legs included.

I will keep pushing the attorney who will push Universal and I hope that the "Push Pull
Method proves succesfull..Keep the faith.

If anyone asks you, tell em I died and you got my "Red Jacket",you'll get
your royalties. I'll see to that . We Live In Fame Or Go Down In Flame..nothing can stop the Hot Club Now..Thanks to you. Im burning up in this "Swamp Fire". edited to fan the "flames".

Hey Crow
Are you serious? or delerious? Sleepwalk was written by Santo & Johnny and their sister Anne.
They own the rights. As for an often asked question by one of the curious members, you know the one I mean,,the one that asks "what do you wear when playing"?

Well S&J were wearing their pajamas, they were
walking in their sleep "After Midnite".

I know where Red Jacket NY is. Up near Rochester in a small town near House of Guitars in Iroquis NY.
The Indians are still there, they own all the
711 stores. They traded their feathers for
Turbans.

What makes you ask? you looking to open up a German pork store or "what"?.

I have been burned many times before, this time I have DVA on my side and if they see
the man DVA, they will back off pronto.

I pooped in not popped in take care of those Frenchman,I'll handle the Indians and
Lawyers,,Doctors Lawyers and Indians thats what my life is all about. Indian Chief's or
Lawyer Thief's. Both the same Kimo Sabe.

i was askin' ya' about Sleepwalk cause i met this oddball from Pennsylvannia at the MIDEM in Cannes.(JW)
Since you like stories Jody, here's a couple just fer fun
Red Jacket got his red jacket at the time the English hooked up w: the Iroquois.
at an informal dinner, Red Jacket, who's real name i forget, said to the British Commander:
"Last Night i dreamed that i was wearing a red coat like yours."
"So be it !" replied the Commander and he gave him a Red Coat.
a few moons later, at another dinner gathering, the Commander said to Red Jacket:
"Last night i dreamt that you gave me the Earth between those mountains and as far back as where the Sun falls"
"it is your's !" replied Red Jacket
(for those of you takin' notes, please note that the original Rangers were Iroquois and British fighting units. The English Crown had more success in getting Natives in their Army than any Colonial Power. They won over the French but lost to the Colonials. So the English and Iroquois ended up in Canada. the Confederation of the Iroquois served as a model for government for the US, Germany and Switzerland.end of notes)
Many Years later as Red Jacket was getting old and preparing to meet the Great Spirit he asked to see the Commander.
"Remember the Earth i gave you ?
Well i dreamt that you gave it back."
<<<----------------<<<+>>>---------------->>>
The Lone Ranger and Tonto were out ridin' the Plains when a large group of injuns attacked them. The injuns were closin' in on our heroes and the Lone Ranger said to Tonto "Well Tonto, looks like we're finished !"
Tonto replied: "Whaddaya mean "We" Kimosabee ?

what are you implying Joey?

the materials on my site were created by me or are protected under the monthly CYA fee I pay Live365 ...

Previously I had Jody's permission for the HCOA stuff... and as far as I'm concerned he is the legitimate authority on that material.

Chill out, DVA!

The poster is a sarcastic joke, not even about us. It's a real propaganda poster from the 40's, only the message has been changed, and not by me. I found it on the web and thought it was a humorous item to relate to Jody's legal issues.

His legal issues are so ridiculous (the label refusing to grant rights to something they don't even want) that I thought this ridiculous poster would be a fair comment.

I know Jody, and I know all you've done for him and HCOA. I thank you for your
efforts (and the CD from about a year ago).

A guy who penned "Mail Myself to Elvis" should understand my satire, IMO.

I probably caught you at a bad time.
No hard feelings on my part.

Like they said in the NASA press briefing, "it's been a hard day".

No offense really taken Joey. I Thouht at the time I was posting it was likely meant to be humourous, but I guess I wanted to clarify, unnecessarily.

there has been so much controversey surrounding the mp3 issue ... no mas no mas

so, has anyone actually listened to the broadcast?

Dave..what are the issues for royalty's now with LIVE365? I'm talking on top of the extra $5 monthly fee which was suppsed to cover all royalty fees going forward.

When I turned Steel Guitar Heroes off a few months back they wanted me to pay royalty fee's for every song that I played,( I had about 400 ) but they never asked for a song list.I found that pretty odd. Just pay the calculated amount times 400 ..yeh thats a good deal....Who would have received the money ? I have not kept up with this royalty issue..I moved on...

So whats the deal now ?
