b0b has just added my NEW Fingerstyle Course to the Forum Catalogue. This was done "Solo"
in the standard E9th tuning. You can learn it and play it and incorporate your E9th steel licks after you learn the technique.
The CD is about 22 minutes and has all the exercises and arrangements slow and up tempo.
I play fingerstyle on steel and also on a Gibson Country Gentleman and have studied the methods of Chet and many others over the years. Based on that experience I have laid it out in a format that will save a lot of time for those who want to ADD this to their bag of tricks.
If you go to the catalogue item b0b has put MP3's of the arrangements so you can give a listen!!

Roy, I too have been doing the fingerstyle on the steel but on the C6. I also own a Gibson Country Gent plus a 1960 Gretsch Country Gent both signed by Chet himself. It's fun. |
