A lot of old stuff has been coming up on the Forum and You Tube and elsewhere but one show that no one seems to have an inside track to was the highly popular WSM Radio Show........TWO GUITARS......featuring Chet Atkins and JERRY BYRD.

Per chance does ANYONE of a casette of any of that programming?

I was fortunate to have sat in the small studio at WSM at 7th & Union Sts. and watched several broadcasts of this great show. It was pretty much unrehearsed. Chet and Jerry just came in a few minutes early and kicked around a few song ideas and keys and went for it. I asked them to do "Limehouse Blues" and they obliged me. They had Ray Eddenton on rhythm guitar and Lighting Chance on bass. On one show Billy Byrd subbed for Ray on rhythm.

I never saw this one but I bet it was awesome. I was surfing channels once and Chet and Vince Gill put on an awesome show picking together.

I've been hoping to find copies of those shows for years. It would be a shame if no-one taped them.

Hey CLYDE!
