MSA Single 12

Post by Jack Patty »

Was wondering if someone might have a single 12 MSA body with end plates on a single frame that maybe they want to sell at a reasonal price. Somewhere around a 1976 model. I'm wanting to make a single to be easier for me to carry around. My D-12's are too heavy with me fighting cancer. Thanks.... Jack

I don't know if you know it , but here is a little tip . A 10 string body can be used for a 12 string. MSA Classic's used the same body and the endplate is marked and easily drilled for the other 2 strings.
I have a single 10 that I am converting to a 12 string and all that needs to be done is possibly open up the changer hole and drill the endplate. Both can be done by most anyone and also be done with common hand/power tools.
My 12 string neck bolted right on and just needed to drill the hole for the pickup wire and mounting screws.
