No, not 16 Trombones, but 16 Steel Guitars! We had steel players from Oklahoma, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas with various levels of expertise. We're talking about the annual Christmas Party at Branson, MO. It was a SUPER day!! All of our ladies, may I say, SPECIAL LADIES, brought their special recipes and WHAT A FEAST WE HAD! What an array of turkey, ham, vegetables, salads, and you just can't leave out all the delicious desserts. And our vice president, Charlie Steichen, did a remarkable job.
Getting back to the music, there was beautiful singing by some lovely ladies and the steel music was top of the line. Those 16 steels that stretched across the front of the room were something to see. Thanks to all who came and made this a 'day to remember'!
