Well Bobbe said he would be open Monday and Russ Holder may be playing at Tootsie's.

I don't know Dawn Sear's material. She's at Midnight Jamboree. Does she have a steel in her band?

Who else is playin?

Dawn Sears, wife of Kenny Sears (fiddle player,Opry,& Time Jumpers) Is as good a singer as I have ever heard. I don't know for sure that she will have a steel player, but If I were betting, I would say she will.
She does a version of a Mickey Newberry song, Sweet Memories, and that alone would be reason enough to attend the Midnight Jam.
Also the Opry is at the Ryman, and there is always plenty of Steel there. You can hear Tommy White tear it up. Great Guy, Great player, and I am not sure of the whole lineup. but I will be there 12/7, with Charley Pride. I think we are doing a afternoon matinee, and 2 night shows. That will also put you downtown where usually plenty of Steel Guitar can be found. I know when John Hughey is not on the road he was doing Saturday's (8 to 12) at the Legends.@4th and Bdwy. I just tried to call him to confirm, but I got his machine. Hi Ronnie

I shall be in town on Saturday the 7th. Any chance of getting tickets to see you at the Opry? The late show would be best. Its a bit difficult arranging it from here!

I will not be at Tootsie's this Sat. night; I will be at a Christmas Party in Huntsville that night. I will be at the Second Fiddle Friday night (12/6), 6-10pm (same block at Tootsie's/Legends). I have seen Terry Wendt and "JR" working that area for the last month on Saturday nights also.
