iPod Microphone ?

Has anyone tried these iPod plug in microphones? For $79 it looks like it might be pretty handy! I see them for the same price at other stores also. Maybe Santa will bring one!

I have one I use with my Iphone 3gs. It works great! It does as well as my M-audio recorder and the sound quality is awsome.

I haven't tried the mic, but the 1/4" adapter from peterson is very cool. You can go direct into the phone!
