I'll be out for a week or so with the band Hem. This band is well worth checking out.

Fri Nov 15 Philadelphia:
Tower Broad Street (instore) daytime
and then the Tin Angel that night.

Nov 16 Pittsburg:
Club Cafe

Nov 17 Louisville KY:
Phoenix Hill Tavern

Nov 18 Nashvillle:
12th and Porter (I think this is one of those awful 2 song showcase things)

Nov 19 Atlanta:
Smith's Old Bar

Nov 20 Nashville:
Slow Bar (this should be a nice show to come to in Nashville)

Nov 21 Birmingham AL:
Workplay. There is also an instore at lasers edge during the day.

Even you country guys might really like this band. Its the best thing I have been involved in in a long long time.

Lucy DuChien shall be staying home on this one. I will be sticking my nose out the window as we drive south on her behalf though.

I heard the band on KCRW, Morning Becomes Eclectic. Very nice indeed, my kind of music. Good job on steel, Bob. By the way, just take some scissors and clip some of the hair over your dogs eyes. She'll be able to see better and she'll thank you for it. In her own way, or course...

Rich,
We will be out in LA doing a show at the Troubadour I think on the 10th of Dec on a KCRW sponsored gig. Thanks for the compliment.

I'll take a meeting Lucy's image consultant and see if visible eyes are in next season.

I was just at KCRW this morning. I was giving Greg Leisz a ride to LAX, after he played with Juliana Ray, on Nic's show. Same kind of thing you guys did. It was very nice. Greg didn't play steel, just some lap steel and electric. Maybe he and I will come down and check you guys out at the Troub!
